Welcome to Karratha Caravan Park and Village, where we are committed to offering the finest buffet experience in town. Led by our skilled and professional chefs, we serve a diverse range of international and local cuisine dishes every day. Our on-site dining hall is conveniently located at the front of the Caravan Park through reception.
We offer a full breakfast buffet and crib lunch from 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM and a full dinner buffet from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
The mess is open 4:00am - 08:00pm. Crib lunch is available for early check-ins outside buffet hours.

Laundry
Our laundry facilities are complimentary to guests staying at the Karratha Caravan Park and Village. We have 5 laundry facilities across both the park and village available at all hours for your convenience.
Equipped with washers and dryers, you may also request an iron and ironing board from reception. Please refer to the map to find your closest Laundromat. Should you require laundry powder, see our reception staff during office hours for complimentary sachets.

Gym
We offer 24-hour access to our gym located at Karratha Caravan Park.
Guests using the gym must adhere to the safety guidelines specified in the gym and ensure used equipment is returned to its original place. Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn to the gym. If you find any damaged or unsafe equipment, please report it to the office immediately or phone 08 9185 1012

Bottleshop
A bottleshop is conveniently located in our reception area. Opening hours is 11:00am - 8:00pm Monday - Saturday. Closed Sunday and some public holidays.
Guest Information
Check-in/Check-out times
You will receive an SMS on your mobile phone the day before your departure date. If you are not leaving on that day, you MUST contact reception immediately. Please do not leave your belongings in the room without your booking extension confirmed by Reception. Booking extensions are subject to availability, and requests must be communicated no later than 24 hours prior to check out time on the day of departure and you can be requested to move rooms. Check out is strictly 10am.
Check in is available after 2pm
Early check-ins are only available when requested by your company.

Noise Curfew
In respect for other residents, all noise must be kept reduced by 9 pm. Disruptive or threatening behaviour that disturbs other guests or residents will not be tolerated.
Cleaning
Rooms will be serviced once per week, on a day nominated by the Manager. Each service will include a full bed linen and towel change.
Should a guest display a ‘do not disturb’ or ‘night shift’ sign on a cleaning day, the clean will not be completed, please contact reception staff to organise an appropriate time for the clean to be completed.

Night Shift
Please notify reception if you are on night shift.
Smoking
All rooms are designated as non-smoking (a $200.00 minimum charge will be incurred if smoking is evident).
All cigarette butts must be disposed of in the bins provided. Do not place ash and butts in the bins or in the gardens. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside any of the rooms.

Car Parking
Limited parking is available at Karratha Caravan Park and Village. Heavy rigid vehicles are not permitted to be parked within the park or village. Medium rigid vehicles must be parked without any part of the vehicle overhanging the roadway, and all light and medium rigid vehicles are to use designated parking areas only. Vehicles must not be parked on powered sites, including the area behind reception. All vehicle registrations must be provided to the office.
